Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5018418) this update is not updating.

IUpdate Error.pngt downloads but doesn't install it it shows error and ask for download it again and again.

Try manually downloading and installing the update from the Micrsoft Update Catalog.
