So I sell used business laptops and one is acting very strange. It's an zBook 15u G4 and it's reporting battery health lower than it should.  As in ~75% in Support Assistant and also cmd-line batteryreport. I also have a couple of 840 G4 which use the same battery and I have a bunch of fairly new (03/2021) batteries which the 840 G4's are reporting ~95% health but the 15u says 20% less every time and no matter which battery I test. I tested all the batteries with the 840 G4's and all are ~95% but when I put those batteries in the 15u G4 and even if I drain and recharge them (calibrate) they only show ~75%. Every time. Makes absolutely no sense. Anyone got ideas?

-I have updated the bios

-I have tried a couple different Support Assistant versions

-I have tried multiple batteries

-I have booted the 15u with no battery connected before test
