Hello.

 

The Maintenance and Service Guide for Zbook 15 G5 lists all the parts. The hard drive caddy is part of the "bracket kit", p/n: L28721-001.

 

You can buy it from HP Parts Store, or from many internet marketplaces if you just search for that p/n. You could also ask a local HP reseller to order it for you.
