zbook x360 notebook shuts down all the time...

HP Recommended
zbook x360 G5

Somebody help me, please. I've tried a lot, but nothing works. I will list the last few attempts, as I already feel like throwing this notebook in the trash.
1) Format the hd and reinstall windows - 3 times
2) Change the driver of the nvidia quadro P1000 card - 1000 times by coincidence
3) Change the Intel UHD 630 video card driver - 630 times, hahahah
4) Forward and backward version of BIOs 10 times
5) Monitor temperature, all the time

However now, noting the windows error events I found this error event that coincides with the windows crash:

id 219 - PCI \ VEN_8086 & DEV_1903 & SUBSYS_844F103C & REV_07 \ 3 & 11583659 & 0 & 20
FailureName \ Driver \ WudfRd

I also noticed that this device does not have a driver, despite installing all the drivers that Hp provides:

USB connector managers
UCM-UCSI ACPI device

Someone help me please!
