After putting in my graphics card my PC won’t turn on and I don’t know what to do I also I went on my bios to turned off secure boot but it still doesn’t turn on my bios version is Hewlett-Packard-packward ko1 v3.04, 10/5/2016

I have the GeForce 1030 msi low profile and my pc is new And also this  my first graphic card on this pc

What is the video card ?  bios version is Hewlett-Packard-packward ko1 v3.04, 10/5/2016 only supports lower end cards. Also please check: Does its PSU have enough juice (wattage) to run new card ?
