HP Z2 Mini G3 Wk Station
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is the 4th machine that this has happened to.

All browsers (Chrome, IE, Edge, Fire Fox) will not run and/or fail at some point. Window open but will not load to HOME or any page.

* Is Windows 10 fully updated ? YES..WIN 10 ver 1803.

* Does the freeze continue indefinitely and you need to hard-reset/hard shut down the PC ? All scenarios.

* Have you tried loading "Task Manager" to see what happens when the browse freezes ?  Yes. CPU/Memory/Disk usage is shown

* Is it on any specific website ? All websites. Once in a blue moon the browser starts to work but in short time (10-180 secs) subsequent sessions are useless.

* Have you tries all these here >> http://hp.dezide.com/ts/start.jsp?guide=pclockupfreeze.net&as=true&section=ccweb&sfs=tdoc&lc=en&lang...

I installed  Microsoft Autoruns and saves file on........https://pastebin.com/wzzfUUk0

Past 3 machines, I reimaged the machines completly but wouldl like to know why this is happening.

Thank you in advance...........

since the problem you are having is not a widespread issue,  and only affecting you the problem is most likely due to a software configuration or addon you have installed or set

use the HP factory restore to do a "FULL" clean OS restore and then only install the MS updates, install nothing else no matter how safe you think it is

if you then are still having a issue, i would then check your internet connection from the computer to the router and run tests

using a FTP program like putty to xfer a large file u/d checking speeds and latency
