Greetings to you. A HP product "HP Elitebook 540 G5" purchased from a native sell center of Bangladesh of which system SKU "6UA75US#ABA" and BIOS version/Date: HP Q78 ver. 01.26.00, 10/2/2023. Please check the authenticity of the product. Is it a intact product genuinely provided by you?
Kindly inform me about the product specification from your record. Thanks in advance.

We do not work for or represent HP.
The product number you posted exists in HP's partsurfer database, so the PC is an honest to goodness, genuine, 100% HP notebook.
But the notebook is an 840 G5, not a 540 G5.
There is no such thing as a 540 G5 notebook.
The notebook has the latest BIOS version installed according to the support page...

also, for most countries in order to qualify for a HP warranty the item must be purchased from either a HP authorised reseller or direct from HP via their website HP items sold by non authorized sellers may not qualify for HP support/warranty
