Product: TouchSmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Suddenly PC turn black and when I switch on again ask for repair.

1. Continue to window environment-failed

2. no recovery dvd 

3. troubleshoot to reset -failed

4. choose window recovery environment -failed

 

anyone please help?

Hi:

 

If there are no hard drive failure errors, you can clean install W10 by making your own W10 installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.  You will need to have access to another working Windows PC for this.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
