Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I have  a EliteBook x360 1030 G4 and when tried to update the bios, it asks me for the BIOS password even though I haven't configured one.

I still have HP warranty, what  am I supposed to do?
