How do you know the BIOS is damaged? Are there any beep or LED blink codes? Did you make a change in BIOS in order to upgrade to Windows 11 and found it no longer booted? It may only appear to be corrupted as this user found.
Do you have a modern (UEFI) video board? Tried a CMOS reset on page 102?
