Hello,I need help ...My HP laptop has gotten issues. It's about a year from the time I purchased it and now the battery does not charge i.e I can use the laptop only when it's connected to power just like a desk top. This battery defect was immediately followed by the touch pad not responding,am not sure whether the battery life is directly connected to the touch pad. What could have caused the determination of the battery life in a such a short period of time... ? How is the battery connected to the touch pad? Would replacing the battery rectify the touch pad sensitivity as well? Someone help a sister because it's very inconveniencing to use a laptop as a desk top and also using the external mouse instead of it's own.
Your guidance will be highly appreciated
