Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,  I Want to run big backups at moments I'm not in office.  Therfore I need tot use the BIOS power-on from the Advanced Bios setings.  But this does not turn on this PC.  (on My XW8600 and Z800 it works fine, both W7)

My System:   Z820,   SSD boot disk on AHCI. (UEFI boot, Although the Bios is set up with Legacy)

I tried different bios setting; like enable S5 LAN wake up...

I gathered info, if it can be something with W10, as if this influences the Bios Power-on.

Bios version is 03.94, the latest is 03.96.  But this shows no fixes for this.

I found no tools to check the hardware for Bios power-up.  Maybe a component fails?

I did not enable the watchdogs.  As Power on needs an RTC, no watchdog.

Does anyone have tips or solutions to get power-on to work?
