Why do IT professionals behave in this way?  Blaming the user, the customers, the peers,  instead of giving the user or the customer the benefit of the doubt and research, test the problem to see if what is being reported is true.   Why is there so much DISRESPECT in the IT field?  Disrespect from the business executives toward the IT professionals, disrespect between IT professionals, disrespect toward the users, disrespect toward the customers who spend a ton of money buying HP’s products… And never admitting mistakes…

The Z420 is EOL since almost a decade so it seems pretty obvious that HP/Intel stops to release any updates for the Zx20 series. Why do you expect HP to continue to work on the now EOL Z420? 

 

This goes for hardware and software as well, iow once it has reached EOL the updates starts to stop being released or just stop directly. No updates for Win XP either these days. I am not saying that it is great, i just trying to say that this is the way it is.

 

This is a user-to-user forum, so to get some traction on this you should contact HP. If not, nothing will happen.
