This is a desktop, not a laptop. If I am on my computer and turn it off, it will boot up if I do it in about an hour or so. If I wait longer, it takes forever to boot up. Sometimes I have to shut it off and turn it back on and most of the time it boots up. Occasionally I have to unplug it, then turn it back on again for it to boot up. Also, when shutting down, the mouse cursor is shaking and there is a blue circle near it, the monitor shuts off and it takes about 30 seconds for the computer to shut down. I have reloaded windows 10, I disconnected all hardware, I ran HP diagnostics, I entered the bios and did all the diagnostics in it. I also removed one of my anti-virus, (Malwarebytes), I emptied the recycle bin, updated all software, etc. None of this helped. the only thing I haven't done is to remove AVG software, and not switched my monitor. I am at wits end. I had a similar problem with an IBM computer 6 years ago, and after several months, a premium antivirus software found a virus and removed it, the computer has been fine since then. Any suggestions or things I may have missed?
