HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 

Just got the HP 360 envy (brand new)and it worked fine for two weeks. Then yesterday morning, it just wouldn't turn on! No light, no power, nothing.

I looked at and tried the hacks on the Internet and still nothing. I have the warranty and Geek Squad as additional safeguards, but not sure if how to move forward. A shame because as a teacher, I was already using it for lesson planning.

Please advise...
