THE SITUATION IS -

IN 29 MAY 2017, MY MSL2024 TAPE LIBRARY GIVE ME SOME ERROR THAT MY 02 x CLEANING CARTRIDGE WAS INVALID (EXPIRED WITHIN 53 CYCLE).IN 13 OCT 2017, I HAVE REPLACED ALL MY CLEANING CARTRIDGE WITH NEW THAT I BOUGHT FROM HP STORE BUT THE ERROR REMAIN AFTER 3 DAYS REPLACEMENT(EXPIRED WITHIN 53 CYCLE).AND IN 20 NOV 2017, I HAVE REPLACED THE 2 CLEANING CARTRIDGE AND THE ERROR REMAIN AFTER 3 DAYS.

 

QUESTION

 

HOW THIS SITUATION COULD BE HAPPEN AND WHAT IS THE SOLUTION THAT I CAN USED TO PREVENT ERROR REMAIN?
