@Babuji_Madaka -- Will the disk-drives still be problem?

No, except that I think that they should be well into their "retirement", by 2029.

@Babuji_Madaka -- both your computer and Windows 10 became available in 2015.

My guess is that HP tested your computer for compatibility with Windows 10 -- they did test HP computers from 2014 & 2013.

My worry is that your computer's disk-drives also were manufactured in 2015, making them SEVEN years old, and if you do install Windows 10, you will want to use the disk-drives until October 2025, when Microsoft will terminate all support for Windows 10.  By 2025, your disk-drives will be "antiques".

So, by all means, take the free upgrade, using the 25-character product-key that you have for Windows 7, but FIRST replace the disk-drives in your RAID-set by two SSD (Solid State Device).  It will be both "newer" and "faster".  Nice!

Of course, since you are using "RAID 1 (mirrored)", you could replace just one of the disk-drives as a "proactive" measure, and monitor the other "old" disk-drive, to ensure that it still is mirroring.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I am planning to install Windows 10 2019 LTSC, which is available till September 2029. Will the disk-drives still be problem?
