Can i Upgrade HP elitebook 800 4g / 5g CPU to ryzen cpu?

•  Hello, I recently wanted to buy a HP elitebook 800 g4,

I then wanted to upgrade the psu to 500w and ram, and then the cpu to ryzen 5 5700g, would this be possible?

i want a yes or no answer. If not could someone tell me a similar pc with a similar price i could do this with. Thanks!

And if their is something called a “bios” update please send me a link so i could download it.

No, you cannot: the HP EliteDesk 800 G4 platforms (SFF, TWR, DM) only accept 8th gen Intel processors, an i7-8700K being the most powerful.  The HP EliteDesk 800 G5 platforms accept 8th and 9th gen Intel processors, an i9-9900K/F being the most powerful.

Yes, there is a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L77487-003 compatible with the above platforms.

You want an HP desktop that can be fitted with the Ryzen 5 5600G or the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G? An HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-2022 would be one of many options. (Personally, I would stick with Intel processor PC platforms, but I digress.)
