Can't Cancel Order?

I ordered a laptop last night. I kept trying to cancel it for the next hour, but I kept getting an error. It wouldn't let me. 

12 hours later, I still can't. It's still processing. Anyone know what to do?!

call HP sales or support numbers, they are clearly posted on this website under the contact us banner
