I saw that thread.

But, in my case, not block firewall and I searched two network area.

- xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -> xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/24 (this network area normally search)

- xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -> xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/23 (this network area not search)

 

I apply firewall like below.

- a : xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx <-> xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/24, 40000~40001/tcp & 40003~40005/tcp & 40009/tcp

- b : xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx <-> xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/23, 40000~40001/tcp & 40003~40005/tcp & 40009/tcp

 

And result about "cat /etc/hpdmagent/agent.log" is this.

- Agent starts.

- read bUpdateIni=1.

- Ini Parser( /writeable/update.ini 😞 Error opening file for read

- Ini Parser( /writeable/update.ini 😞 Error reading ini file

- CurrentGateway=.

- Try to get basic network information.

 

And I want dont use dns searching?.
