HP t540 Thin Client (9MR34AV)

Before & after imaging device, using Settings -> Accounts -> Access Work or School -> Connect shows no options to join device to an Active Directory service.  Our normal AD is Azure, but even our local AD is not listed.  Did some research yesterday, but to no avail.

 

I am logged in as local Admin.  OS is Win10x64 Enterprise LTSC V.1809.
