t620 Quad Core Thin Client
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have updated the HP Device Manager from 4.6 to 4.7 SP7

Now I can't capture the thin client image.

Thin Client model is HP t620 Quad Core TC (Windows 7 standard embeded 32bit)

I can send tasks to the TC, even reboot it, but when I sent the _Capture Image task it's failed with the error: 1065984

The shared folder (\\10.100.0.44\HPDM\Repository\Images) shared for Everyone (full access)

Many thanks for your help in advance,

As HP support useless, even to provide simple check steps to me. I've done it by myself:

I've checked that after the upgrade, I have the error "Insufficient privilege" for the access to the SMB shared folder.

As well as the PXE service was stopped (it's set as manual though).

I have run the PXE service, as well as checked the shared folder name, it was "hpdm", yes - lower case. Then I have changed the folder name in the HPDM settings: Tools -> Repository management -> Master Repository -> Shared Folder Settings -> URL shows \\xx.xx.xx.xx\HPDM - so I changed it to \\xx.xx.xx.xx\hpdm, and everything started working as it should.

I am very disappointed that the support does not even give me this simple troubleshooting steps, as well as they,  have this error quite often, and on another threat the answer only one as well, which said that you need to call to the support. Bull sh!t, sorry for my French. Even more! When you start searching the solution, you will able to find the PDF document from HP, where the list of errors presents, BUT!!! they didn't put the solutions to this errors! **bleep**?! For me it sounds like you come to a restaurant, take the menu, you have the list of meals which you want to eat, but waitress tells you that they don't know how to cook them! 🙂 BUT you can call to the support! Wahahahahahah!!)))
