Can anyone direct me as to how to get an answer on a carepack warranty? Broken monitor on my mum's computer, she's isolating and my Dad is in hospital with Covid. Can't get a response from any of the channels, so frustrating.

care pack warranty is a different number than normal warranty support. also the number is different between consumer and commercial care pack support

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
