in the future please avail yourself of this forums "SEARCH" button before asking (yet again) a question which has been asked/answered previously quite a few times

use "Z620 ATX adapter"  and z620 motherboard in atx case" as keywords

As an information.

I found that documentation : https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-z620-workstation/5225037/document/c03270936

It seems that the mainboard respect the ATx  standard(Main system board (H x W): 24 x 31 cm (9.6 x 12.2 in)

And here the psu adapter  : https://www.amazon.com/COMeap-Power-Adapter-Workstation-12-inch/dp/B074G12LT5

the z620 main board is for the most part ATX but not all mounting holes will allign, also there is no way to support the riser card which holds the second cpu/ram, nor is there any way to properly cool the system if you try to add the riser card

you will also have to make custom wiring cables for the front USB ports, and custom cables for the pwr/drive lights and audio jacks

in other words, unless you have experence in making custom cases/systems leave the z60 in it's case, modifying this system is not a beginers project

Thanks for your reply.

I only bought the motherboard, so I don't have the choice 🙂

The main purpose of that computer is to be a docker server, so usb front panel are without importance.

I will post a picture when it will be done !

the z620 if like previous workstations, will allways prompt you at boot about any missing usb/audio/fans and stop the boot process waiting for you to press the F1 key to continue

the z620 usb 3.0 hearer is a non standard pinout as i recall, so you may have to order the offical HP USB connector
