Computer Hasn't Shipped

My computer hasn't shipped yet and it's been weeks. School is starting soon and I already contacted HP for help and they won't return my calls or emails. Anyone else dealing with this problem? Or is there another way to contact HP?

Our Community is not in any way at all related to HP Sales, of course.

Entire supply chains are struggling - not everyone is at work, overseas shipping is strangled, parts are hard to obtain.  It's a mess for every merchant who needs to get product to customers.

I will forward a request for review. 

It is my unsolicited opinion that talking about it won't impact the result.

My opinion is worth leaves in the wind - don't pay any attention.
