i don't know why you think a bios file (sp103785) will update TPM.......that's your first mistake

the second is that Elitedesk 800 G1 tower pc (actually all 800 G1 systems) does not support TPM 2.0 only 1.2

SLB9656 TPM1.2 ver. 4.34.1011.0

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82001-82500/sp82407.exe

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05792935

the latest versions  are

BIOS: L01 2.77 release: April 30, 2019
Management Engine firmware: 9.1.45.3000 release: August 20, 2018
TPM: 4.34.1011.0 release: 20-Nov-2018

how do i fix windows security and device security security processer core isolation I get error device health attestation isn't support on this device2. A firmware update is need for your security processor and i need a password for the TPM

the error "device health attestation isn't support on this device"

can be resolved by updating the TPM to the latest 1.2 build

please read the SERVICE MANUAL for your system,

it will answer your question(s) on TPM or simply google "CMOS reset to default factory settings"
