Thanks man, All my ram is ECC but 2 of my ram sticks are Hynix PC3-14900R, all the rest is Crucial PC3-12800R. I have removed those 2 sticks of ram and I'm not getting the 5 beeps anymore, but still not Bios boot via Crisis Jumper 😞

now that you have resolved the memory error what EXACTLY happens upon power on
and by the way, you might have actually corrupted the bios by trying to do a bios upgrade while having a memory issue, for future use keep in mind that a bios upgrade or recovery is the last thing you want to do while having other problems

NO POST OR BOOT + BLACKSCREEN + FANS AT FULL SPEED-. All I did was upgrading from two E5-2630v2 to two E5-2696v2 and the issue came up. I have 2 of these workstations one has a 2011 boot block date, but this one has a 2013 boot block date, It was already running v2 processors so I guess it's not a compatibility issue.
Aleady tested several configurations including the one it had when it was running OK. Whats why im trying the crisis jumper without success.

I suspect what happened was this
you installed a different CPU which triggered the ram issue, at this point if you had fixed the ram issue i suspect the system may have booted with a simple cmos reset
because you tried a bios recovery you now have a corrupted bios, and will have to follow "SDH'S" recovery directions
keep in mind that not all usb key brands will work and that a usb 2.0 drive which is under 2gb is highly recommended and that you cannot use a usb 3.0 port during the recovery process, and that the rear usb 2.0 ports are preferred for recovery
and depending on your systems current installed bios version, you may be locked to using the same or higher bios for the recovery

I acctually reseted CMOS before trying Crisis Jumper, The correct timeline would be like this:
1. Changed the CPU's from E5-2630v2 to E5-2696v2
2. HP Z820 did not boot - full fans
3. I changed back the CPU's to E5-2630v2 without touching any other component (Ram, Expansion Cards, Drives, Etc)
4. HP Z820 did not boot - full fans
5. I tried to reset CMOS using the yellow button
6. HP Z820 did not boot - full fans
7. I removed the CMOS Battery for a day
8. 6. HP Z820 did not boot - full fans
9. Started to try the crisis jumper thing.
10. 6. HP Z820 did not boot - 8 beeps
//Is at this moment where I try different system configs. Remove all drives, ram, cpu's and expansion cards.
I've tried 4 models of CPU - 2620, 2620v2, 2630v2 and 2696v2-, Several ram configs, using 1 or 2 cpus, 3 different video cards, tried to boot crisis with CD rom, 3 usb thumb drives 2 gbs, 16 gbs and 8 gbs (all of them in FAT32 and also did another test run with 512 mbs partitions on each thumbdrive). Broken system has 3.91bios ,and I been using the J63_0395.bin file on root of each dispositive I've tried. Also tried with password jumper on and off the system on each test.
// Each time crisis boot is engaged I get 8 beeps, and both the cd rom and usb thumb drives shows blinking activity for a few seconds, then it stops and the beeping starts again every time 8 beeps, the workstation wont pass that -BTW I'm not running both cd rom and usb at the same time- just saying they both have the same outcome when trying either method.

Yesterday my Z620 failed to update the BIOS, and the result is that now is bricked with the behavior described by other users... No screen, no boot and fans at 100% after 30 seconds.
I have tried the Crisis recovery procedure described in the first post (moved the switch from 2-3 to 1-2, plugged a 1Gb FAT32 USB drive in the first USB port, ecc) but my z620 diagnosis led do not start to blink red and i get no beeps from the speaker.
Just a solid blue light led and fans at 100% after 30 seconds of activity.
Do I miss anything? How long should I wait before the PC led will start to blink red?
