DESKPRO 600 G5
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a 64mb RAM upgrade for my DeskPro 600 G5, Windows 11`. I cant find anywhere to increase the RAM SPEED in UEFI/BIOS. Followed the directions step by step, it has no place to increase the mhz.

@Pastor_Lee,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

A consumer/office desktop like yours does not have a BIOS option to increase RAM speed.

The fastest any RAM will ever run on an HP ProDesk 600 G5 platform is 2666 MHz.

The best RAM options -assuming you have an ProDesk 600 G5 MT or SFF, based on these ProDesk 600 G5 MT Userbenchmark performance scores and these ProDesk 600 G5 SFF Userbenchmark performance scores, are:

4x16GB Samsung M378A2K43CB1-CTD
4x16GB Samsung M378A2K43DB1-CTD
4x16GB Crucial CT16G4DFRA32A.C8FF
4x16GB Hynix HMA82GU6JJR8N-VK
4x16GB Hynix HMA82GU6DJR8N-VK
