HP Z230 Tower Workstation (ENERGY STAR)

I turn on device and have it connected with a display port. The power button is blue and it does 1 beep. I had to replace cmos battery

Unplug computer and press the power button 2-3 times to discharge residual electricity then plug back in.

 

Turn on\ the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release. Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer and  then repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings. Press F10 to Save and Exit.

I've tried this and unfortunately still doesn't display I also learned that the storage was replaced with a new ssd. It still does the long beep.

Take all the memory out and put it back in one stick at a time. 

Make sure not plugged in when  changing out memory

I have a question I got my motherboard model which HP 2013 FXN1 E93839. Do you know where I can find more information on the motherboard since i've no luck with it.
