a sata port is a sata port,..... and any sata drive will connect and work on a sata port the only question is speed,...... a sata 6GBps port can be faster than a SATA 3GBps port in terms of xfer speeds however the sata 3/6 gen ports are up/downward compatable  so again the drive will have no issue working as long as it's a SATA based SSD and not a nvme or SAS SSD

But after I installed 4 SSD HDD into the slot, the RAID setup can not find any of one SSD HDD?!

I wonder if the BIOS need to be pre-configured?

My mistake, I found the way to setup RAID and can find 4 SSD.
