Product: Example: Pavilion 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I need help, please. I am locked out of my PC, its old and it's an all in one HP with W8.1. It is asking me for a power on password and it shows a key. I tried the S# and the P#, nothing is working. Can anyone help me?
