Pavillion Wireless keyboard and mouse 800

Hi. Our business has purchased the above product but the bluetooth dongle was not included with the mouse so we cannot use our new product. We would like HP to send the dongle so that we can use our new product. How can we organise this?

We're users of HP products.  We are not HP.  If you are really missing the wireless "dongle" from your keyboard/mouse kit return it for one that has that... it is supposed to be included.  Read below... you may just not know where to look.

Here is a reply from HP on the Amazon listing for that product:

Hi there, Sorry it's not clear on the messaging or photo, it's actually using USB Wireless Nano Receiver (USB-A dongle), which will be in the box, it comes with the product.
Thanks!

That little HP "Link-5" wireless transceiver USB port device, which simultaneously serves both the mouse and keyboard, sometimes is plugged in to a storage receptacle built into the mouse or bottom of the keyboard.  It might be in the mouse by the batteries.  Did you look at your manual from the box?

The Link-5 transceivers are interchangable.  We have a number of these at home for our HP wireless mice.  The ones we have are the little USB wireless dongles discussed in this post,  HERE .

Being "wireless" rather than bluetooth these have a longer range and don't chew through the batteries as fast.  I personally like the wired HP keyboards I posted on here recently rather than the chicklet type keyboard, but we really like these HP mice.
