Email profile already exists in our system. Please try again with different email. is all that happens when I sign in to the shop site. I can sign in everywhere else just fine. I have emailed that long support email they keep giving me when I try and get support but no one ever replies. I have been trying to resolve this for over a year. I do not want to make a whole new profile because I have had this one for many years and I have made purchases with it. The chat and phone support just wants to sell me things but I will not buy anything until my profile has been fixed.
