I upgraded the HPDM server from 5.0.8 to 5.0.10. The reason in doing so was that HP Thin Pro devices were coming up as "unidentified" in the drop down menu. Once the upgrade was complete, I noticed that it didn't fix the issue with the drop down, it still listed the Thin Pro v.8 units as unidentified. Also, I noticed an issue with shadowing devices. There was a console version incompatible with a server version that appeared. I went ahead and reverted back to 5.0.8 on the VMWare snapshot. Once that happened. I received a error message when re-launching HPDM client - "Error in connection to HPDM Server, HPDM Server may be down." Also when I try and start "HP Service server service" It started and stopped. Attached are the screenshots, Is there a way to get this server back online?
