Product: Any Desktop Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP India Sales Pvt Ltd

 

We have placed a large/bulk order of desktops and laptops from East Circle. We have been handling this order through East - PC End User Sales guys so far. Extremely unhappy with the order processing and with false commitments made to us. We escalated the matter to East Head and then to his senior either in NCR region or Bangalore. He turned out to be equally nonresponsive. 

 

The order is a sizable quantity. We are not getting any service from HP and these guys have put us in a precarious position. 

 

We are requesting info on escalation Matrix for HP. We are keen to know who heads this PC End User Sales Business in India. 

 

We have used all possible routes and if not resolved we will pull the plug on this order. 

 

Can some help us with this inputs.
