I returned for an exchange a new HP all in one desktop that I bought online due to a faulty screen. It was received by HP on July 7 and now is July 27. Two chat sessions with the support desk can only tell me it is still being evaluated by the warehouse with no word on when I'll get my computer. According to the policy, it should take no more than 10 days with a return 1-2 days later. It's been a month since I bought this and I'm to the point I need the computer and will have or buy another from different source . How can I get this resolved?
