Fresh Installtion Windows 7 mouse keyboard cannot run

Dear HP,

 

We are from ASM Technology M Sdn Bhd from Malaysia. We have bought multiple product from your site and we would to use our own bundle KMS Volume license on our own PC Dekstop HP EliteDesk 800 G3.

 

We are having issue when we do fresh install for Windows 7 x64 Pro our mouse and keyboard was not fuction. Our environment will use Windows 7 please do not tell us to use Windows 10 for our production.

 

Please guide us and support how to do fresh install Windows 7 on this pc system HP EliteDesk 800 G3.

Hi:

 

You have to run this utility to put the USB3 drivers into your W7 installation flash drive.

There is a readme file on the link for how to use the utility.

 

Download the file for the operating system you plan to run the utility on.

 

Another thing you can do (which might be easier), is to use the HP cloud recovery tool, which will create a bootable W7 installation flash drive for a W7 pro recovery image if the PC came with W10 Pro from the factory.

 

You should not even need to use the W7 Pro product key.

 

I have attached the instructions to use the cloud recovery tool below.

 

This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud
