Product: Z2 HP G4 Mini workstation

Hi there - my almost new HP Z2 G4 mini won't start - I've checked the power block and that is providing 19v no problem, but pressing the on button does nothing - no LED, fan, start up - dead....

My first 'guess' is the switch itself - can this be easily replaced by myself (even rigging something up to test?)

perform the pwr supply "BIST" test which is covered in the HP service manual for you model system
