HP Z210 Convertible Minitower Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm getting an icon on the bottom of my screen indicating that HP Support wants my attention. It's a question with a small 'i' overlaid on the lower right. Hovering over the icon I get a message that HP Support has Information for me. When I click on the Icon, HP Support Assistant opens a window and then I get another window where I can log in or use HP Support as a Guest. If I choose to log in, I get asked for my ID and password. and then the HP Support Assistant crashes and the window closes. If I choose to use HP Support Assistant as a Guest, I can get in, but there is no specific information for me or any of my equipment. I have tried uninstalling the HP Support Assistant and re-installing it several times. Nothing changes. I opened a ticket with HP and it was closed and a second ticket was opened, presumably with some other team at HP. The second ticket was closed and nothing happened. I'm assuming the problem is related to my HP account because I'm having this exact same issue no matter what HP computer I use to attempt to access the HP Support Assistant website. Has anyone seen this behavior before? Any fixes?

I removed HPSA from my z210 system. There haven't been any updates for a long time on that system. I was curious why HPSA was indicating It wanted my attention though. Maybe there was another one of those irritating messages about how to resolve problems I'm not having. I did try to use HPSA on my recently purchased ProBook 450. My access worked just great on the ProBook. Perhaps access is now limited to systems that are still under warranty or at least more recent machines. Thqnks for the lead on the support website.
