HP Device Manager 4.6 SP 4 Duplicate IP Issues

HP t410 Smart Zero Client

Hi All,


My HP Device Manager 4.6 SP 4 is showing that 2 different devices have the same IP address. When I try and perform a task on the intended device it does not fix the faulty one but fixes the other thin client thats already working because the IP address is registered to that.


We have atleast 850+ T410's registered in HP Device Manager and a good chunk of them have duplicate IP addresses. 


Please see screenshot below.

How do I stop this from happening.

I have the same behavior with 4.7 everything was ok and switch, don't know why
