HP Device Manager 5.0.7 - "Successfully Sent task to HPDM Gateway" but nothing happens

I recently updated HP Device Manager from 4.7 to 5.0.7 and now I am unable to send tasks to my devices. Before the update, HP Device Manager was fully functional with no issues.


The task log shows the task as "Successfully sent task to the HPDM Gateway" and nothing else. It stays in the "sending" state and shows the progress and status as "1(100%)"


I believe this issue could potentially be a port issue but am unable to make that determination. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
