Is HPDM in actual version compatible with Windows Server 2016?

If not, is there any roadmap/timeline, that HPDM will be compatible with Windows Server 2016?

Just reading the SP8 Release Notes and there it is.

Release Notes HP Device Manager 4. 7 Release (4.7. 8. 275 53)

With this SP8 it's Windows 2016 compatible.
