Product: HP mt22 Mobile Thin Client (8RY12AV)
Operating System: Other
Our HPDM has stopped being able to update the agent, VNC shadow or push images to thin laptops (I have not tried to capture an image). The device task shows failed and when I pull a report to get the actual error code I get
2023-10-26 08:56:43 Map repository to: Master Repository 2023-10-26 08:56:43 Successfully sent task to the HPDM Gateway 2023-10-26 08:56:44 HPDM Gateway failed to send task to Agent. 2023-10-26 08:56:44 Agent refused the task because the address of task is not correct. |
I do know that we updated from 5.0.x(I think 3) to 5.0.11 shortly before this happened and it might have been the exact cause of this. My backups are not old enough to revert back.
