Product: HP Elite 800 G9 PC

We have been informed that the latest HP Elite 800 G9 PC range only comes with a 1-year warranty.

 

Previous HP Business PC generations benefitted from a standard 3-year warranty - so this represents a major backward step for our value-added HP-based solutions.

 

We've also been informed that any additional CarePack will only be honoured in the country the PC was purchased in - so this is does not appear to be a viable option when we are supplying to end customers around the globe.

 

We can only guess that this decision was taken in order to offer the cheapest base level ticket price for a Business PC?
