hp elite slice g2
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

we have a hp elite slice g2 installed to operate a TV, webcam(USB) and Bluetooth Mic Speaker unit

the system has caused a lot of angst and agony as it sporadically during a VC, it stops sending the HDMI signal to the TV,  then when it turns back on, sometimes without any action, also a turning the TV on/off seem to reactivate the HDMI signal.  The sound drops off, until its barely audible or not in existence   The two are reactive to each other, but what is causing it to happen we don't know!

then the next call can go for an hour and be perfectly fine!

its the most inconsistent thing I have ever been put in charge of.  is there a and specialists that know the ins and outs of this system that could help.
