One of our HP Elite Slice G2 with Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) is having an issue with it's microphone. When in a Teams meeting, the microphone sounds like it is under water (that's the only way I can describe it). When using the microphone, the sound cuts in and out, and the pitch from the user's voice goes up and down. It literally sounds like someone is talking through the microphone while they are underwater. Very strange.
Troubleshooting Attempted: Restarted MTR, Downloaded and Installed Conexant High Def Audio Driver v. 8.65.261.310 Rev.A.
Since the driver reinstallation didn't fix the problem, I'm leaning toward a hardware problem.
Is there any other troubleshooting I should complete?
