HP Engage Flex Pro Retail System
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

How to set a 2x512Gb SSD  RAID 1 on HP Engage Flex Pro Retail System ?

BIOS\Advanced\System Options\Configure Storage Controller for RAID is checked

BIOS\Advanced\System Options\POST Prompt for RAID Configuration is checked

But no RAID configuration menu access on boot...

Thank you for help.

Hi,

On this HP system the CTRL-I isn't prompted.

After enabling the RAID option in the BIOS,  RAID management must be done under OS with the Intel RST utility.

My RAID 1 is now ready 😁

on most HP systems, after enabling the raid option in the bios you need to then select the drives to be used once the drives are selected the bios saves this config information in the cmos settings and also on the selected drives

The RAID Setup Utility can be accessed through CTRL-I during the boot sequence when prompted

once this low level config/setup of the drives is finished, the system and OS install should see the raid drives as a single device

more information should be available in the user manual
