HP Recommended

Hi, our clients have bought several units of HP Engage One All-in-One System (1HH66AV). They uploaded the system with their global image. somehow when tested the swipe card reader beside the screen it failed to work. I have recommended them to install the MSR driver for the AIO but it still failed to work.

Any idea what is the issue with this? 
Is there any testing software to test the swipe card reader or something?
