Product: HP Presence Control Kit Microsoft Team Room (3X9J1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hi,

 

I am having trouble with HP Presence Touch, it stopped working. There is only one cable connected from box to touch control unit which is USB-C. Display is there but touch is no longer working.

 

Any suggestions ?
