So I Bought A New GPU 730 2GB So it's Causing A Issue That The GPU Is Providing No Signal To The Display Whenever I Use My Internal Graphics(HD 2000) It Works But Whenever I Plug My GPU In Nothing Happens And It Doesn't Even Boot To The BIOS Or The Post Screen 🙄

Hi:
You don't mention what operating system you are running, but some of those models came with W8 from the factory.
In the BIOS, there are two settings you need to change prior to installing a video card if your PC came with W8.
See this link for the settings to change...
